A fine French Régence period, giltwood mirror. The rectangular-arched, divided plate with mirrored slip surround surmounted by a foliate-carved cresting with egg-and-dart and flowerhead-fitted, entrelac divides, centered by a feathered, foliate clasp above scrolled shoulders carved with female masks with trailing foliage, with a similarly carved pendant base with scrolls and scallop shells.
